[SOLVED] imap - S: 3428 BAD parse error: malformed sequence

CentOS 5.5 with ZCS NE 6.0.7

There is an outlook with 2 account:
one with outlook connector, one is imap; imap account has some trouble, after first sync, it does not show newly arrived messages, on mailbox.log i find:

imap - S: xxxx BAD parse error: malformed sequence

it seems that the cause of the issue was an improper configuration of proxy.
ZCO was using a proxy squid to access zimbra.
Removing this setting solved the issue.
