Default external access

Until a recent power failure our users could access their mailboxes from home. Mail is being received and sent both internally and externally but users can only access their mailbox from inside the building.

We are using Release 6.0.1_GA_1816.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How about telling us what errors you see in the log files and what errors the users see when they try and send mail?

Which log files? Here are a couple of log files. Please let me know which ones would be most helpful.

From outside the users never receive the zimbra log in screen.

Have a look at the link I gave you earlier for the mail log file.

I know that but what errors do they see when the try and access the server? Have you got a firewall enabled on this server (I'd suggest you check and disable it)?
