Default Migrate domain

On my Zimbra OCS I have mutiples domains and one of them I want migrate to new server. What's the best way to do it? Domain contain 100+ mailboxes (and I don't know passwords to them). Do I have to manualy create all mailboxes on a new server, a and then move mailboxes? Or there is a way to backup whole domain with all settings and mailboxes?

You'd have to create the domain on the new server then migrate all the mailboxes, the tool you want is IMAPSYNC - search the wiki (and forums) for details on how to use it.
