Block Web access to certain domain

Hi,
maybe it is not Zimbra related, but I want to ask if it is possible to implement such a solution.
Let say there are DomainA and DomainB hosted on a Zimbra server. DomainA users have to be allowed access Zimbra Web Mail from everywhere, but DomainB users have to be allowed access Zimbra Web Mail only from certain IP address.

Is it possible?
