[spam problems] my zcs is in spam issue. how to deal with it ?

i will explain it more detail

for some reason, one of account in my zcs system send spam. the yahoo user complain and then my domain cant send mail to yahoo. so i del this account, report to yahoo about this problem. it's fine after i do that ( send/receive email smoothly )

but i have some question

if the sending-spam account has a importal data, can i copy them all to another email. ? and how ?

how to know how many email each account have sent ? how to check it ?

my zcs is 6.07 on centos 32bit, i am using default anti=spam system.

p/s : my error message i got from yahoo is : "host mx1.mail.sg1.yahoo.com[124.108.116.109] said: 451 message temporarily deferred - [160] (in reply to end of data command) (1 messages)" . i google and it seems no one know how to deal with it. do anyone here know about it ?
