Default BCC sent email

We have an account for our help desk that is going to be utilized by external people through the web interface. When they use this account to send a message, is it possible to have it also BCC a specified address? This is to make sure that they're not sending out non-work related email.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi,
not sure if the following works on FOSS edition, but at the bottom of this:
Creating Archive Mailboxes
you can see a command that enable archiving.

The other way you could try in FOSS edition is customise the postfix config and use sender_bcc_maps. You should be able to do more research into this postfix option to figure that one out.

You could use the Legal Intercept feature.
