Default Show a shared folder's original name...

Are any other administrators out there frustrated by trying to identify shared folders? I wish that in addition to identifying what user is the owner, that the properties window would also show the name of the folder as defined by the owner.

Well, to the sharee, the original name is visible in Preferences > Sharing, in the "Folders shared with me that I have accepted" section. There's one column for Item, which shows the original name, and another for Folder, which shows the name as displayed in the sharee's account.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the tip. I just didn't know where to look. (Doesn't seem to farfetched to expect to find it in the folder properties, though, right?)

Not farfetched, I agree. If you think it's worth requesting, you could file an RFE.

Also note, in the CLI, you can do zmmailbox -z -m <account> gaf, and the source account:folder ID will be listed next to the "local" folder name.

Then do the same for the source account and look for the ID, and you'll see the original name.

Nah, I don't want to take their attention off of more important things (besides, my votes are almost all used up!)

Thanks for the CLI tip!
