Default Web cliebt cannot see attachments but IMAP can.

Hello, a local account is sending mails to many local user accounts with two html attachments. The mails are different for each account.
When we try to see it with the web client the attachments cannot be seen. Although if you access with IMAP the attachments are there and can be seen.
I really do not know what is going on...

You need to update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the information in this thread):

Which browser are you using? Does this happen on all accounts or just some? Has it always happened or just started? Do you have any add-ons or extensions in the browser that may be causing a problem (if it's FF you can create an empty profile to check)? What do you mean by 'the attachment cannot be seen', what exactly happens? Are there any errors in the log files when you try to view an attachment?

Hello I have tried it with IE, FF and chroome with the same result.
It happens with all the accounts
The server is a recently installed Zimbra, and have imported the mails and addressbook to the users.
and this is the first time it happens (it is a new server)
What I meen that i cannot see the attachments is that in the mail list it appears as it has an attachment, but in the preview window there are none. If you use IMAP the attach are there, aslo if you forward your message it also appears. If you resend the mail the attach are not sent.
This only happens in the web client with different browsers.
I do not have the "disable attachment view" in COS, general or user settings enabled.

What sort of attachment is it? You also haven't updated your forum profile with the information I asked you for, please do that first.

I cannot update my profile right now because I am on vacations, as soon as I have access to zimbra I will update it (only have web access).

The attach are html files.

The problem arrises only when the sender sends to many mails addresses(remember they are on the same mail server). If it sends only to one mail address it shows the attachment.
I have sent html files from another acoount and it shows that there is an attachment without problems. I can also see other types of attachments without problems. It kind of happens when it sends to many mail addresses...like if it was a "spam"

Another strange thing is happening.
I have enabled disable viewing attachment on web interface in the COS (I have it in spanish and I translated it...)
Did a zmcontrol restart
Relogged in with a user account and the attachments are still visible. It kind of does not have any effect.
I still cannot see the html attachments

If it is a HTML attachment - it is likely it is trying to open a popup window. Do you have popup blocking on ?
