Select Addresses Size

We have an issue where there are shared address lists with similar and long names:

ABC List one executives
ABC List one assistants
ABC List one executives and assistants

There is not enough room to determine which list to select when you click To: and search select addresses. Users will not use the address book, it takes too much time to open, find address, right click, select new e-mail.

The questions:

1. Can the window be resized either in config or some other way
2. Can the e-mail address be eliminated so there is more room for the name?
3. It appears you cannot drag the name to be bigger by placing cursor in between name and e-mail
