Default Briefcase Errors...

Hello.
So I have a few domains on Zimbra 6.0.8 and for myself, the briefcase feature works "ok". It has bugs for sure, but most times I can get things done.

However a new client is having problems. They have setup a shared briefcase, and no one can open or download any files from it. They continually get:

Quote:
HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /service/home/kirsten@domainname.ext/Don's Reports/Underground tanks - shop drawings.pdf. Reason:

no such item

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Powered by Jetty://
So I went and shared a briefcase folder with Kirsten. She can see the files are there, but cannot download or open them. I can download and open them fine. She posted files to my shared briefcase folder (she has Manager rights) and I can see them fine but she cannot.

Also right-click "Open" in IE 8 doesn't work ever. There's some sort of "Error on page" message at the bottom of IE.

Any suggestions?

I am by no means an expert on this, but could it be related to the ' in Don's?

Indeed. We've also tested with a simple Briefcase folder called "MikeTest" and have the same results.
