Default Spam, Spam and more Spam (Inbox)

Hi everyone,

I am running Zimbra Community edition.

Ever since I set it up I have been getting Spam to all of my mailboxes. Over the Months I just shrugged it off as having to train Spam Assasin but I just can't take this anymore.

I am getting 30-50 spam messages per day in my inbox (not the junk folder)

The Junk folder gets about 5-20 a day.

Can I fix this? What can I look at?

I did check the article on the Wiki and did a few of the changes but it did not really help.

Can I add some of those blacklists websites to it so that it checks them?

Thanks.

Luma

You also need to give exact details on what changes you've made from that wiki article and post some of the headers from a spam email in your Inbox, also post details of your tag/kill percentages and whether you have any catchall on your server.

how do I check for headers with webmail?

I can check with thunderbird but it won't let me copy and paste more then one line.

here is the spam line on a spam message I just got this morning:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=4.057 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6 tests=[BAYES_99=3.5, HTML_IMAGE_RATIO_04=0.556, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, T_REMOTE_IMAGE=0.01, T_RP_MATCHES_RCVD=-0.01] autolearn=no

another:
No, score=3.501 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6 tests=[BAYES_99=3.5, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, T_REMOTE_IMAGE=0.01, T_RP_MATCHES_RCVD=-0.01] autolearn=no

the first is for LED lights - 10dolla!!!!!
the second is for Electric Cigarettes?

I don't know if I have a catch all, I heard Zimbra was great so I set it up on a box and I am testing it to see if it would be a viable option for my small company.

Thanks.

Luma
