Sound when receveid mail - Zimbra 6.0.7

HI,

I have a computer with OS: WINDOWS 2000

I use WEBMAIL with Mozilla Firefox, but if i enable sound when i receveid a mail in options in zimbra, don't work.

Why?

have I to install zimbra desktop for use this feature?
