Zimbra IM video chatting??

We're experimenting with the IM for use in our offices and for clients in their offices.

Does the XMPP (jabberD) service that Zimbra runs support video chatting?

We have text messaging and audio working but cannot do video conferencing, keeps crashing. We're using Empathy/Telepathy on Ubuntu 10.04.
