[SOLVED] PID services not running

Hi,

Below error i am facing. Please give me the solution.

Check the permissions on the files under /opt/zimbra/zmstat as they should be owned zimbra:zimbra.

Okay try zmstatctl stop and then do a ps aux | grep zmstat. Make sure all stat processes are indeed not running and then remove the old PID files. Then run zmstatctl start and see whether they start up okay.

and also the permissions of the files that uxbod asked you for earlier:

Check the permissions on the files under /opt/zimbra/zmstat as they should be owned zimbra:zimbra.

It would be better if you posted the output for confirmation rather than saying 'it's all OK'.

You should also look in the log files and see what errors are in there. Can you also tell us when this started happening? Is it a new problem (is it a new install?) or has it been happening for a while? Did you have any problems on your server when this problem started?

Now all the services are running. But in admin web status showing error. error status screen shoots as attachments.

Please give me the solution.

Assuming you are running a single server installation, you should not have the proxy or memcahced running on it as it will cause problems. Did you intend to install it and if so, why? If you don't know what it's for and this is a single server installation then you should disable it and remove it from the settings - search the forums for details on how to do that.

It isn't much use posting screenshots of your server when the text in the error messages in indecipherable, the middle screenshot shows (I think) an 'Exception during auth' - go to the wiki (or search the forums) and see what the resolution is for that problem.

Fix the problems above before we move on any further.

It would also help if you actually answered all the questions you've been asked, the information might be able to help us further diagnose your problem and partial answer just waste time.
