Printing Error 500

Hi, when I try to print a message from a shared folder system give me error 500.
Any idea? What can I do?

are you in conversation mode? try going to message mode and see if it works. if it does then you hit a bug i think was fixed with either 6.0.7P1 or 6.0.8
