Default Zimbra - InnoDB Recovery Question

Following Mysql Crash Recovery - Zimbra :: Wiki

This step:
for db in `cat /tmp/mysql.db.list`; do
~/mysql/bin/mysqldump $db -S $mysql_socket -u root --password=$mysql_root_password > /tmp/mysql.sql/$db.sql
echo "Dumped $db"
done

causes:
mysqldump: Got error: 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '
/opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock' (2) when trying to connect
Dumped mboxgroup9

So how to I know & check what the variables mysql_socket and mysql_root_password is set to ?

Can I hard code these ?

TIA
