Redirect / Bounce message in Web UI

Hello zimbra-freaks,

is it possible, to give the users some kind of bounce-function instead (or in addition to) the standard redirect?
(maybe somebody knows the thunderbird extension "mail redirect" which is the perfect solution - except for that it's not available in the web interface)

Redirect: resend the message to another address with MY from-address
vs.
Bounce: resend the message to another address KEEPING the original from-address

It's needed for bouncing emails into the ticketsystem (which needs the original senders FROM-address)

I don't know wether this is possible, but I'd also like this feature
