Messages remain on the server!!!

Hello People.
A few days here, my zimbra went crazy, users connect using Microsoft Outlook, the message usually lower, but the messages still in inbox when the zimbra web access, the option to leave messages on server is not checked microsoft outlook, do not know what else to do, Help
