Zimbra won't release Location

Hi,

I hope I have the right forum.

I have a client running Release 5.0.23_GA_3242.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 NETWORK edition. They created a calendar item (probably using Outlook Connector) and booked our boardroom as the location.

Now, there's another, more important, meeting that requires the boardroom at the same time. Naturally, Zimbra says the boardroom cannot be booked.

So, the original meeting is called up, and the boardroom is removed as an attendee and a location.

The second meeting still cannot book the boardroom, due to it being in use by the first meeting.

How can I get a meeting to relinquish its need of the boardroom?
