Default Change of Public IP caused user not to log in

Hi all,
i changed the public IP address and the ZCS could not log in the user account. however i can log in the Admin console. the error i am getting when i try to log in user account is: "Network service error has occurred"

i am new to zimbra and i could not figure out what the meaning of the error
please help

Go to the Split DNS article and run the commands asked for in the 'Verify...' section then post the output here for confirmation that it's OK.

If your new IP Adress has different subnet, you must also change the trusted network in Zimbra :
