Where is domain-level branding?

That's in the Network Edition, is that what you're using?

I use Network edition 4.0 GA trial version.

I have a feeling that the documents concerning branding are only issued to licensed customers not trial users. I suggest you fire a question to support@zimbra.com for confirmation.
