Default Bulk Importing where users have a variety of service levels

The documentation says:

zmprov createDomain domain.com
zmprov createAccount andy@domain.com password displayName 'Andy Anderson' givenName Andy sn Anderson
zmprov createAccount betty@domain.com password displayName 'Betty Brown' givenName Betty sn Brown

Cool. I want to know the correct way to assign the account type as part of that line. We have 3 levels - Standard, Advanced and Enhanced.

Thanks for suggestions.
