password and email are not display in share email notice

hi !

using the webmail client, i wish to share a document with a external buddy (not in my domain email).
i choose only viewer share.
i enter his email
i choose a password


In the email my buddy received, the password is not noticed and replace by {1} and {2} code source !

is it a bug of the serveur (we are in 6.03) or a thing to configure ?

It looks like there is something wrong with the localisation files for your language.

Try sending out the share with your ZWC in English, if it works then there is a bug with the language files. Is this a Zimbra-provided language or a community contribution?

In addition to what odeleon says, try using the default skin (beach), if you're not using that already of course.

so you think this problem came from the skin ?
i'm sure we customized it but not sure it is a full new-one skin-template, it might be the classic altered.
