Default Google Chrome on Mac Generates Annoying Popup - Missing a Plugin?

Is anyone else seeing this using Google Chrome on Mac?

I think it's generated by the one of the notification options. I thought it would be the sound one, but I don't have it set. Just trying to figure out if there is a plugin I can install to resolve this or if I just need to disable one of the notification options.

I'm attaching a couple screenshots so you can see what's going on.

Matt

Same problem here.

Using Chrome 6.0.472.62 on OS X 10.6.4.

Very annoying.
