Default Restrict email account to zimbra domain(s)

Hello,

Is is possible with Zimbra (we're using 4.0) to restrict mail delivery to an account ? We have a helpdesk account (helpdesk@foo.com) and 2 domains : foo.com & bar.com, we only want the account to accept email from foo.com and bar.com, but not from any other external sources.

Many thanks,

Sebastian.

There are a few ways to do this:
E.g. on a mail server level, on a dns level, etc. But can't say immediately. Perhaps others will advise.

One which I would use is: Add a Filter

If the sender does not contain, either foo.com or bar.com discard email.

I'd go with the easiest solution, as czaveri mentioned put a filter in and discard anything you don't want.

I think he needs to this on the admin side. Something like globals filters, where some users can send a receive email from the Internet and anothers only can work locally.

I do know that this is possible with Postfix, but i did not have to this yes in Zimbra, so no much help
