I'd upgrade to v5.xx, then to 6.xx. Then backup the data. Install new server with v6.xx, restore data from old server. This is if you are on NE, not FOSS.
It would be the same technique for the OSS version as well. The difference being that you backup the whole /opt/zimbra directory structure and restore that on the new server.Quote:
