The person who set our email up is no longer working with us and we need at add an email for a new employee. I don't know who the master user is, I just know they don't work here anymore. I need a customer service rep to help me.

Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):
Run those commands on the Zimbra server.Code:su - zimbra zmcontrol -v
Go to the Admin UI and create the user there, see the Admin Guide for details of how to administer your server: Documentation for the open source Zimbra Collaboration Suite; email, contacts, and group calendaring
