Post Failure at zmlogswatchctl?

Hello,
thats my first time here - and i know my english is not the best.
I think i have found a failure in the script "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmlogswatchctl"
In many lines you can see the path ${zimbra_home} but not at the folowing line?

Quote:
zmprov -l gs `zmhostname` zimbraServiceEnabled | grep -qw logger
if [ $? = 1 ]; then
echo "zimbra logger service is not enabled! failed."
exit 1
fi
should't stand there "${zimbra_home}/bin/zmprov"?
shouldn`t there an error at these line when i use the startscript (as root) /etc/init.d/zimbra start/stop?
