Default Weird queue build up.

Yesterday it suddenly started to build a queue, the reason being "mail transport un available" and also "delivery temporarily suspended: conversation with omega.internal.citrix.com [101.222.16.28] timed out while receiving the initial server greeting". Restarting zimbra "fixes" the problem fo about one minute and then it reappeared. Because there is only one local account on this server I deleted and recreated the account and this "fixed" the problem for several hours only, then it started again and after several hours cleared itself with no intervention. This server has run without problems for years util yesterday. What to look for and where ?
Thx !

You should update your forum profile with the output of the following output (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

What happened on your server yesterday that might have caused a problem?

Have a look in the log files to see what errors you've got (you should also search the forums for similar errors/problems).

~]$ /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol -v

Release 5.0.6_GA_2313.RHEL5_64_20080522130456 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition

I don't see error in the log files but maybe I don't know where to look at.
Other people have experienced the same errors but my promlem seems unrelated since their solutions diod not work for me.

That goes in your forum profile otherwise we have to keep asking which version of Zimbra you're using.

You need to look in the log files around the time the delivery problems are occurring.

Which 'solutions' have you tried?

As I asked earlier, what happened on your server yesterday that might have caused a problem? Were there any system updates? Is the firewall and SElinux disabled?

Nothing has happened to the server itself, selinux is disabled and iptables is not used.

Without some information from your logfiles it makes it very difficult to ascertain what is happening and help provide appropriate action.
