Have you set-up a Split DNS (you probably need to)?

I'm sure you can.

What about the answer to my question on Split DNS?

A forum search would have found the following threads (try some of the solutions): site:zimbra.com "indexing blocked. Possibly corrupt index" - Yahoo! Search Results

Just let me tell you a little bit more about the problem background.
I had this server with everything working fine...
I backed up the /opt/zimbra folder each night... and then suddenly, yesterday, the two of the 5 RAID ARRAYED disks got broken.
So I had to reinstall everything, I did it as stated in a zimbra article (did everything) and then restored everything... and everything was working fine, I forgot to verify autocompletion and search... because you know I was really trying to get it up and running... now autocomplete and search are not working. and I think everything is set up the same.

That's one of the reason you should never use RAID5 for a mail server, use a RAID10 array instead - you'll also get better performance.

It might have helped if you'd said this at the beginning, which article did you use? You should, however, answer the question about the Split DNS and whether it's configured correctly.
