SOAP Error (search and autocompletion not working)

Unfortunatelly... my first installation was 6.0.7 and the one I reinstalled is 6.0.8... so the upgrade was a collateral damage

You should not have done that, you should have installed the same version as your original server - there's warnings all over the forums about that.

So you think my only remedy is going to reinstall everything ?
and restore again ? but with the original version.... ? am I right ?
is there a little chance of correcting the problem without doing this ?

No you can't, you should never try to downgrade to an alder version.
