Exclamation Screwed up webmail visuals

I'm trying to pull up one of my user's accounts via the admin console. Ajax is the default version being used. However, the visual components are all screwed up. The main tabs are missing, the toolbar (with new, delete, reply, etc) is missing the toolbar, but the text and graphics are still there and the text is shoved to the far left. The folder list is missing, so I can't select a different folder.

I've got other users that get this too, but they just log in through the "normal" route. I'm accessing via the admin console. Same effect either way. Some are running just fine.

For the messed up ones, if I have them go in through the HTML page, it works fine.

Any thoughts? It just occurred since the 6.0.8 upgrade.

try a different theme, there have been various bug reports on some random issues with the default beach theme.

Makes sense. I'm using a different theme and it works fine. So how does a user change their theme when they can't even get to the preferences tab?

The admin can edit the user themes in the admin console

FWIW... "sand" seems to the favorite among our clients...

Hope that helps,

Is there a way to force a different default from the admin console? I think I found where to do it for new accounts, but to do it for existing accounts instead.
