Disconnection Probelm

Dears,

I installed the free version of Zimbra, I configured 5 users for testing and I am using 6.0.5.
My problem is the POP3 , Admin web console and the web access "all client services" disconnected up to 2-5 mins but the server connection "Ping" keeps running.
And also I am trying to connect outlook 2007 address book to Zimbra LDAP server but it is not working and i received the following error " Invalid DN Syntax (34)"

Please advise me.

Have you set the user ID to be something like uid=user,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com ?

NO, I used the fallowing format “username@domain”.
The main problem is the disconnection issue please advice.
