system failure: ZimbraLdapContext and while waiting for a connection: 30000ms

Hi,

i installed zimbra with multi installation method
(with 11 servers=2 ldap+6 mailbox+2mta+1 imap/proxy)
everything works great at first but some time all or few mailbox servers becomes unavailable. when i examine mailbox.log, i found some error below like this


#zmcontrol -v
#Release 6.0.8_GA_2661.RHEL5_64_20100820052503 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition.


1. "com.zimbra.common.service.ServiceException: system failure: ZimbraLdapContext
ExceptionId:btpool0-55://localhost/service/soap/AuthRequest:1283261606369:8439046555abe00a
Code:service.FAILURE"
2. "Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException: Timeout exceeded while waiting for a connection: 30000ms"

do u have any idea?
