Creating Distribution lists Integrating with LDAP.

In Iplanet we are able to create a group E-mail in integration with LDAP.

For example my department code is 500. During creation of group id if i give my dept. number (500) in memberURL (ldap:///o=erpqas.com??sub?[&[|[objectclass=person][objectclass=groupofuniquenames]][departmentNumber=500]]). it sends mail to all the people who has dept code 500.

I want to create a distribution list like in Iplanet in integration with LDAP in zimbra 6 running on Cent OS.

Any suggestion in this regard is highly appreciated.
