You should also give some information about the exact problem you're seeing. Have you looked at the headers of some of the spam email to determine what the problem is? Do you use any RBLs (and if so, which ones)? Where are these 'spam messages' ending up (in the Junk folder or the users Inbox)? Have you actually made any modifications to the anti-spam system? What are your current Tag/Kill percentages? Have you made any changes to the Trusted Networks settings?

With the lack of information in your post it's impossible to give you any detailed advice.
