Default [SOLVED] email visualization ( layout )

Hi all.

After the Zimbra upgrade from 5.0.8 to 6.0.7 some users are reporting visualization issues.

Using Mozilla Firefox, the first time they login into their account, zimbra appears with the reading pane in the right, even after they changed to bottom. If they logout and login again, everything appears like they want.

They logout and after a few hours, they login again, zimbra turns appearing again with the reading pane in the right (3 columns layout)...

Why ? how to resolve this ?

Cheers,

Bruno Santos

Any chance these users have been switched over to the HTML version, as opposed to the AJAX version? I seem to remember this happening to some of our users after we upgraded from version 5 to 6. I believe the HTML version always puts you in the 3-pane view, with reading pane on the right. Other than that I have never had a switch of the reading pane view not stick after a change.

Problem solved.

The users monitor resolution is 800x600 and i know that Zimbra won't display it's advanced interface if resolution is lower than 1024x768. The upgrade has nothing to do with it !

Thank you all for the replies.
