    Default Receiving duplicate empty mails

    Hello All,

    I hope you all are in good health.

    I am receiving some complain from the particular user when he is sending mail to the particular user duplicate mails are going to him. The second mail which is duplicate is total empty. Can you please provide me some idea what is the cause of this problem is this server end issue or the email client issue which he is using. I have searched in the maillog or zimbra log but didn't get any clue why this is happening.

    Does the user have any filters set up for copying emails ? When you say they are the same apart from the content; are the headers identical ?
