Default [SOLVED] (New To Zimbra) I need to change my mx

Ok, Here is where I stand.

The company I work for has set up a domain on go daddy.com

I set up the domain on Zimbra. (We are running a few company so I just copied what was done)

NOW.

I can send emails from zimbra to zimbra
so
Test@olddomain.com
to
Test@NEWdomain.com

I can send mail out from the old domain to my gmail.

But I can not get mail in on the new domain.

I was told I need to change the MX but can not find out how or where to do so. Any help would be great!

Thanks,
James

Who told you that and what was the reason they gave for you needing to do that?

Are you behind a NAT router? If you are, have you set-up a Split DNS? If you haven't then you should. Have you looked in the log files to see what errors there are?

I'll also move this to the correct forum as it's not a Zimbra Desktop question.

When I am in zimbra and I check the mx records I get this error

Message: system failure: Failed to verify domain's MX record Error code: service.FAILURE Method: CheckDomainMXRecordRequest Details:soap:Receiver

I was told by the guy that set the system up.

After setting up the dns I was going in side of 15mins.
