Default Error when trying to manage queues

When I click on the 'mail queues' tab in monitoring, I get a "server error encountered" message with the following details. Being a newbie to Linux and Zimbra, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

Which release of Zimbra? Have you changed the ssh port fro 22 to something else? Do you have a correct /etc/hosts file & DNS records for your zimbra server?

Zimbra 3.1
Fedora Core 4
I can Putty into the server on port 22 with no problem...I have DNS setup with valid A and mx records. The server seems to be functioning in all other respects.

This post will probably fix your problem but I'd rather you upgraded to the current Zimbra release 4 GA as that's much better than the older releases. When you do upgrade you may need to regenerate you ssl certificate, details are in the wiki and make sure you have a backup of /opt/zimbra.

Default Upgrade sounds good...

I will upgrade to 4.0 and see if that does it.
Thanks for your help.

I'd wait a short while for 4.0.1 to arrive, it'll save you upgrading again.

Default Too late...

I already upgraded, but it was such an enjoyable experience, I look forward to doing it again in the near future:-0 Actually , it wasn't bad at all, but it did not seem to fix the original problem, and the only other thread I could find in the forum addressing the same error (t=3837) had to do with resetting the ssh port 22 to something else, which I have not done. I'll continue to test this install, and wait for the update.

Thanks

Jim
