Messed up accents in ZIMBRA webmail - good in Thunderbird

Hello!

I´m having problems with some emails. The show up good with the account configured in Thunderbird but fail to do the same if the same message is viewed from Zimbra WEB interface..

In that specific user i set in his Preferences : Language: espanol and also Default font for messages i set UTF-8. Nothing changed, the message still shows ? instead of diacritics

I attached a document with the original messages as i got them from Thunderbird, which displays them correctly and also from Zimbra.

Anyone has some hints?

Where do i have to set something else? CLI maybe, some parameter?
