Default Some mails are getting deleted

Hi,
User1 sent a mail to user2 and that mail is deleted before receiving to user2. When we checked into the mailbox.logs, it is displaying the following message. "mailop - Deleting Message (id=11257)". This is not happening regularly.

Can any one help me regarding this? Please, its urgent as important mails are getting deleted.

Regads,
Satyanarayana.

You need to post the full text of the error messages you see including (10 or so) messages before and after this event. Are these users using the Web UI or some other client? Has this just started happening? Does this only happen with these two particular users? Do either of the users have any filters set-up (please check these accounts filters yourself) that would cause this to happen? Is it an occasional problem or does it happen all the time? Is it only for specific type of messages with specific content (please check the messages in the Sent folder against the filters that are set)?

Hi Phoenix,
We are using outlook 2007. we observed this issue when we click on send & receive in the outlook. We are able to see the mail in the web before clicking on the send and receive option. Once the option is clicked, the mail is getting deleted in the web and not importing into the outlook. we selected leave a copy option in outlook also.

Regards,
Satyanarayana.

How about answering all of the questions I asked you?
