Exclamation License Error during New Mailbox Creation

Has anyone experienced this? I had installed Zimbra correctly with a trial license.

Thanks,

"License error encountered

Message: Invalid license. Error code: service.LICENSE_ERROR Method: CreateAccountRequest Details:soap:Receiver"

Could someone move this post to the errors forum?

Thanks.

There isn't an 'errors' forum for ZCS, I'll move it to the Admin forum.

Have you exceeded the licence count when you're trying to add a new account? How many accounts have you actually created so far?

If you mean mailbox accounts, there are no existing accounts other than the administrator.

You've titled this post "Reload this Page License Error during New Mailbox Creation", a mailbox is a user mailbox/account - what exactly are you talking about as "Mailbox Creation"? Please describe the exact steps you're doing when you get this error message.

Here is my exact sequence of commands:

1. Log in to administration control panel.
2. Click "Accounts"
3. Click "New"
4. Enter in new account details
5. Click "Finish"
6. Encounter error message above.

Thanks

Can you give us the contents of your mailbox.log file for the time period where you try to add an account?

Also this may be an ignorant question since I haven't used a trial license in a couple years now, but do the trial licenses expire? If so are you past your expiration date?

The trial licenses do expire, but I just obtained mine a few days ago.

Where can I find the mailbox.log file?
