Spam Mail When Turnon Server

HI uxbod ,
When I turn on the server on Monday Morning , not only Monday, daily morning I am getting This, when I turn on the server all the spam Mail comes to my Inbox . ( same as all users )
But I am not getting the spam mail during runtime Because I am using some Anti-spam rules as per the below link

Please guide me to slove this problem

You've given no information on exactly what the problem is, without a description it'#s not easy to give you advice. You can start by posting the headers from one of these 'spam' emails. You should also check the headers for what's causing the problem and search the forums for some answers. You also need to detail from the wiki article what changes you've made to the anti-spam system and what your Tag/Kill percentages are.

Hi ,
spam mail will go to junk normally .
But when I turn on or restart the server .
on that time I getting spam mail to inbox .
