[WTA] Limit the number of email delivery based on IP address..

Dear All,

I need to create limitation of maximum sending email per hour based on IP address. Ex:

All network in "Trusted network" only allowed to send email maximum 1000 message in a hour and based on IP address.

Client A IP 10.100.100.1 only allowed to send email maximum 1000/hour

Is there a solution to this problem?

I,ve been search in forum and google
