Limiting Signature Font Type and Size

Is there a way to force all users to use the same font and type size for all signatures?

So they would still be able to put what ever they want in the signature but they would all use the same Font and all have the same type size.

not really. we use zmprov to assign a default signature with like <Change Name> for their name in the style we want, then when they highlight that line and put their name in it keeps the same font/color/size. however they can and still do often mess something up.
