Default Stop Spam filtering for single account

Hi,

I have been using Zimbra 5.0.16 and its been working without any issues so far except a minor problem and became so major problem for me.

Is there any way that i can stop spam filtering for only single account??

because lot of relevant mails are landed over into Junk and every time the user has to go to webmail and say the mail is not junk.

your inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
Ram.

Zimbra Junk Mail Options You Didn’t Know Existed | What a n00b! has an answer, I think.

Not sure. You should follow up on the pointers provided in the link. Also note, if it matters, in some cases you may be able to tell amavis or Zimbra not to quarantine/junk files even if they scan positive. That might be easier than bypassing scanning altogether.

See Leave Junkmail in Inbox and SPAM: Create & Use a Honeypot? for some more discussion.
