Certificate security warning after renew

I've just renewed self-signed certificate on mail server. Afterward, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook always warn about the untrusted certificate.

I checked the ca.pem file on directory: /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/ca and /opt/zimbra/conf/ca, the validity time still keep as old one.

Can anyone help me to fix this issue? or guide me how to pass it?

You'll need to install the certificate as a trusted CA certificate on your windows.
