Exclamation Moving mailboxes from damaged server to new server

Hey guys!
I have a mail server that just suffered a major crash.
Zimbra services are no longer running.
I exported the user list in text format and imported it on a fresh Zimbra installation.
Now I am looking into a way of moving user data (mailboxes, calendar, etc) into the new server.
I have no IMAP nor any other service running on the server. How can I manually pull out all of the account data so that I can restore it into the new Zimbra installation?

I don't know what else to do.

Regards,
Teo

Please search the forums for backup or restore. Do you have a recent backup?

No backup but on the damaged server when I do a POP3 request via telnet, this is what I get:

-ERR system failure: fetching folder data for mailbox 8

For some reason users are complaining that Outlook or their mail client is asking them for password every second and they can''t retrieve their emails.
What can I do to fix this? Maybe there is no need to move everything to another server.

Thanks in advance,
Teo

When you say "major crash", what actually happened?

It sounds like Zimbra is running but users are getting errors?

There are ways to get the data back directly from the storage directories if necessary, but it can be a bit tricky, and rather annoying. You probably won't find step-by-step instructions without paying for assistance.
