Default Block Zimbra Desktop access?

Hi,
Is it possible to block users from using Zimbra Desktop? We want them to use the webmail client only. This is to prevent them from (accidentally or intentionally) downloading their complete inbox to their own computer, which, because it is not encrypted, may pose a security risk.

Zimbra desktop access I believe is through ports 80 and/or 443 ... 443 is required for access to the webmail client.
